A young man raped a 16 year old girl living in Mainather police station area. When the girl was two months pregnant, the accused youth refused to marry her. The victim’s mother has filed a complaint with the police demanding action against the accused. The woman, resident of the village of Mainather police station area, reached the police station on Friday.
In the complaint letter given to the police, the woman said that a young man from the same village had trapped her daughter in his love trap. The accused took the woman’s minor daughter to a hotel in Moradabad and raped her on the pretext of getting married. Even after this, the accused called her to the hotel several times and raped her.
During this time his daughter became pregnant. When his daughter informed the accused that she was pregnant, he became enraged. They pressurized the girl to have an abortion. The woman alleges that the accused along with his third brother took her daughter to a place, where both of them raped her daughter. On this his daughter informed him about the matter. The woman has demanded action from the police in the matter.
The family members of the accused are giving threats
A video of the victim girl is going viral on social media. In which the girl is saying that the accused youth and his family members are threatening her. He alleges that the young man and his sister are also threatening that his brother will not marry. We are receiving death threats if we complain to the police. The victim says that if anything happens to her, the accused youth and his family members will be responsible for her death.
